Spin & Spill offers a single optional in-app purchase: "Remove Ads" — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes all advertisements from the App.
All purchases are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. Your purchase history and billing details are subject to the respective platform's privacy policy.
Your purchase status is stored locally on your device using the device's secure storage. It is tied to your store account and can be restored at any time via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
All app data (player names, custom challenges, settings, and purchase status) is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS). This data is not transmitted to our servers.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data we do handle. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use your device's security features (screen lock, etc.) to protect your data.
You can delete all locally stored app data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data within the App, or by uninstalling the App.
Spin & Spill includes a Family Mode with age-appropriate content; however, the App as a whole is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@themobilab.com and we will take steps to remove such information.
