Unity In-App Purchasing – for processing in-app purchases securely via Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit.

4. Advertising & Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your IDFA for personalized advertising. You may choose to allow or deny tracking at any time through your device's Privacy settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with similar data protection laws, we will request your consent before collecting data for personalized advertising purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the Game's settings or by opting out of personalized ads via your device settings.

The Game offers a one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase that permanently disables interstitial advertisements. After purchasing Remove Ads, no interstitial ad data will be collected or displayed. Rewarded video ads remain available as an optional feature to earn in-game coins, and will only be shown upon your explicit request.

5. Children's Privacy

Chess Titans Online is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.

6. Data Retention

We retain usage and game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
