Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Chess Titans Online. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and The MobiLab ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of Chess Titans Online (the "Game"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Game.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

The Game offers optional in-app purchases that enhance gameplay, including Coin Packs and the Remove Ads purchase. All purchases are:
Remove Ads: A one-time non-consumable purchase that permanently disables interstitial advertisements for the purchasing account. Rewarded video ads remain available as an optional feature. This purchase is tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account and can be restored on any device using the same account via the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings.
For refund requests, please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support directly, as all billing is managed through their platforms.
All game modes require an internet connection and are powered by Photon Engine (Exit Games). When using the Game:
The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded video ads. By using the Game, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Users who purchase the Remove Ads option will no longer see interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional, user-initiated feature. Ad content is provided by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies.
On iOS 14 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before displaying personalized ads. You may change your preference at any time through your device's Privacy settings.
You agree not to use the Game to:
All content included in Chess Titans Online, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, sounds, music, code, and the "Chess Titans Online" name and logo, are the property of The MobiLab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the Game or its content.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MOBILAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
