This Privacy Policy describes how The MobiLab (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of the mobile game My Word Connect (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

• Account details if you choose to create an account (username, email).
• Payment information related to in-app purchases is handled by the app store (e.g., Google Play) and is not processed or stored by us. See section In-app purchases below.
• Support communications (messages/emails you send to our support address).

1.2 Automatically collected information

• Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, advertising ID).
• Usage information (game progress, levels completed, session length, performance data).
• Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve the App's stability.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To process purchases and deliver in-app content (payments are processed by Google Play; we only record purchase confirmations / entitlement state).
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To analyze usage and performance and to personalize and improve user experience.
• To serve personalized or non-personalized advertising (see Ads section).

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (for example: "Remove Ads", coins, cosmetic items). All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by the app store (for Android: Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment credentials (credit card details) — that information is handled by Google Play and subject to Google's privacy policies.

When you complete a purchase, we may store: product identifier purchased, purchase receipt/transaction ID, and entitlement status to unlock or remove features within the App.

4. Ads and Third-Party Services (Google / AdMob)

We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob and related Google services. These third parties may collect information about your device, advertising ID, and activity in the App to serve ads and measure ad performance.

Google / AdMob may collect and use data such as:

• Device identifiers and model, OS version, advertising ID, and similar technical information.
• Advertising interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, whether an ad was viewed).
• Analytics and performance metrics.

If you want to opt out of personalized advertising on your Android device, you can do so by visiting your device settings and selecting Ads or Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Please note this will not eliminate ads entirely, but will limit ad personalization.

5. Analytics

We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how users interact with the App and to improve features and performance. These services collect usage and technical data and may set cookies or use the mobile advertising identifier.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We may also share data with:

• Service providers and partners who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, customer support).
• Ad networks and advertisers (as described above).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. International Transfers

Information collected by the App may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfers consistent with this Privacy Policy.
