The MobiLab ("we", "us", "our") operates the My Clock Academy mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.

My Clock Academy is designed for children aged 4-9 years old. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable privacy laws, including COPPA.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

My Clock Academy is designed with privacy first. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any identifying information
• Location Data: No GPS coordinates, addresses, or location tracking of any kind
• Device Identifiers: No device IDs, advertising IDs, or unique identifiers

3. Local Storage Only

All game progress, settings, and achievements are stored locally on your device only. This data includes:

• Difficulty level preferences
• Sound and voice settings
• Language preferences
• Achievement unlocks

This information never leaves your device and is only accessible within the App. If you delete the App, all this data is permanently removed from your device.

4. No Advertising

My Clock Academy does not contain any advertisements. We do not use any advertising SDKs or ad networks. There is no ad-related data collection of any kind.

5. In-App Purchases

My Clock Academy offers a "Space Cadet Pass" In-App Purchase that unlocks premium content including additional game modes, difficulty levels, voice narration, and achievements. This purchase is processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do NOT handle or store any payment information. All payment processing is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy and security standards.

When you make a purchase:

• Payment is processed by Apple, not us
• We only receive confirmation that the purchase was completed
• No payment card or financial information is shared with us
• Purchase records are managed by Apple in your App Store account

6. Internet Connection

My Clock Academy works completely offline after initial download. An internet connection is only required for:

• Initial app download from the App Store
• Processing In-App Purchases

All educational content and games function fully without any internet connection.

7. No Third-Party Sharing

Since we don't collect any personal information, we have nothing to share with third parties. The App does not:

• Share data with social media platforms
• Integrate with third-party analytics services
• Use tracking pixels or cookies
• Connect to any external databases
