My Dino Quest (“the App”) is developed by The MobiLab, an independent developer based in Greece. The App is designed for children aged 6 and up. Contact: info@themobilab.com

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information. The App has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not collect:

• Names, email addresses or ages
• Location
• Photos, video or audio
• Device identifiers or the advertising ID (the Android version does not use the advertising ID)
• Analytics, usage tracking or crash reports

A few settings are stored only on the device and are never sent to us or anyone else:

• Whether Full Access is unlocked (confirmed by Apple or Google)
• The narration language (Automatic / Greek / English)
• Which “how to play” tips have already been shown

Deleting the App removes this information.

On iPhone and iPad the camera is used only for the AR Dino Hunt, where virtual dinosaurs appear in your room.

• The camera image is processed on the device by Apple’s ARKit
• No photos or video are taken, stored or sent
• No face recognition is performed
• Access is requested only when the AR Dino Hunt is opened; the rest of the App works without it

The Android version does not use the camera: its Dino Hunt takes place in illustrated scenes, and it does not ask for camera permission.

Dinosaur names and biographies are read aloud by the device’s own text-to-speech: Apple’s speech synthesis on iPhone and iPad, and the device’s text-to-speech engine on Android, using only voices installed on the device. The App does not use the microphone and does not record or send any audio or text.

The optional “Full Access” is a one-time purchase (no subscription) processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or receive payment details; purchase information is handled under the privacy policies of Apple and Google. On the App Store the purchase can be shared with Family Sharing; on both platforms it can be restored with the same Apple or Google account.

Purchases, restoring purchases and every link that leaves the App (website, rating, sharing, legal pages, device settings) are in areas protected by a parental gate: a multiplication question that the adult answers on a number pad.

The App works offline. An internet connection is only needed to download the App, to buy or restore Full Access, or when a grown-up opens a link.

The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or social media code. The only services involved are the app stores themselves (Apple for the App Store and ARKit, Google for Google Play), which handle downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. Because the App processes no personal data, we hold no data about you or your child that could be accessed, corrected or deleted. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and do not keep it longer than necessary. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → Screen Time (app limits, purchase restrictions) and Ask to Buy in Family Sharing
• Android: Google Family Link and purchase approval in the Google Play settings

We may update this policy when the App changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
