Acceptance
By downloading or using My Dino Quest (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If a child uses the App, a parent or guardian accepts them on the child’s behalf.
License
The App is licensed, not sold, for personal and non-commercial use. On iPhone and iPad it is provided under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android under the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add to those agreements. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or modify the App.
Full Access Purchase
“Full Access” is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). It permanently unlocks all 50 creature profiles, the Dino Hunt and voice narration. It is not a subscription. It can be restored with the same Apple or Google account; on the App Store it can also be shared with Family Sharing. A purchase on one platform does not carry over to the other. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Parental Gate
Purchases and links that leave the App are protected by a parental gate. Parents should keep their device’s purchase settings (Screen Time, Ask to Buy, Google Family Link) suitable for their child.
Educational Content
Dinosaur facts are written for children and simplified on purpose. Sizes and dates are approximate and may change as scientists learn more.
Privacy
The App does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
